Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Registration

All registration fees, sponsorship fees, accommodation-related charges, and participation charges paid for Rotary Anubandha Awards are strictly non-refundable.

No Cancellation Refund

Once payment is successfully completed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances including:

• Non-attendance
• Change of personal plans
• Travel issues
• Medical reasons
• Scheduling conflicts

Transfer Policy

Registrations and sponsorships are generally non-transferable unless specifically approved by the event organizing committee.

Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate payment, participants must notify the organizers immediately with payment proof. After verification, only the duplicate transaction amount may be considered for refund.

Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway or banking charges deducted during transactions are non-refundable.

Organizer Rights

The event organizers reserve the right to make final decisions regarding exceptional refund-related matters, if any.
