By registering for Rotary Anubandha Awards, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Registration Fees

• Regular Entry Fee: ₹1,700 per person
• Silver Sponsorship Fee: ₹10,000 per person

Silver Sponsorship Benefits

Silver Sponsors are eligible for:

• One-night complimentary stay at Hotel Zentora
• Accommodation provided on a twin-sharing basis

Accommodation is subject to availability and event coordination policies.

Entry Rules

• One registration/ticket is valid for only one individual.
• Any additional accompanying person must be separately registered by paying the applicable registration fee of ₹1,700 per person.
• Participants must provide accurate details of all accompanying members during registration.

Registration Confirmation

Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment through the official payment gateway and receipt of confirmation notification.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal, contact, and meal preference information during registration.

Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, venues, accommodation arrangements, speakers, or programme details due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during the event. The organizers reserve the right to deny participation in case of misconduct.

Accommodation

Complimentary accommodation under sponsorship categories is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

Technical Issues

The organizers shall not be held responsible for registration failures caused due to internet connectivity issues, banking issues, payment gateway downtime, or incorrect details entered by participants.
